It is a very safe thickener, a gum that naturally solidifies in the air. Arabic gum is the oldest and most well-known natural gum in the world. Arabic gum has strong stickiness and softness. If the bark is cut, it will naturally produce a gel to seal the "gap", which is called the phenomenon of gum flow.
