Product Description

Dextrose Monohydrate is a glucose product containing crystalline water.
Its chemical formula is C6H12O6·H2O, with a molecular weight of 198.17 and a CAS number of 5996-10-1.
It appears as white crystalline granules or powder, has a sweet taste, a density of 1.56g /cm³, a melting point of approximately 146ºC, and a flash point of 224.6ºC.
This product is made from corn starch through processes such as liquefaction, saccharification and refinement, and is widely used in the fields of food, medicine and chemical engineering.
