Instant coffee powder Production Process: 
1. Selection and cleaning of selected coffee beans and raw coffee beans, and removal of metal, stone, dust and other foreign matters mixed with them, as well as crushed beans and moldy beans.
2. During roasting, the contents of coffee beans undergo complex physical and chemical reactions to form unique coffee aromatic substances.
3. Grinding: In order to improve the extraction efficiency, grind the roasted coffee beans into particles of a certain size.
4. Extraction: under certain temperature and pressure, extract the effective ingredients of coffee into water.
5. Concentration: The concentration of coffee (generally 40%) is increased at a lower temperature (- 50 ºC) through vacuum concentration, mainly for the convenience of drying operation.
